Bretta is AMAZING! She walked us into more than 24 houses and gave us her honest opinion about each one of them to help us make the right decision. Her knowledge goes way beyond buying and selling houses and she will tell you her honest opinion before you make an offer. At least two times she wrote an offer in the evening right after walking into houses we liked. If it was not for her speedy response and being on top of things, I would be in a rental right now and probably still looking for the right house to buy, or worst which is buying the wrong house.
